I am seeking access to public records held by USM Foundation.  The University and the IHL have spent, and continue to spend, tens of thousands of our tax dollars to hide what is going on in USM administrators’ booze accounts.

This week we review part of The Response of the University of Southern Mississippi To Motion for Summary Judgment. The document was signed by Mr. Paul Lambert, a University Counsel, on June 28, 2006.

In upcoming weeks we will review additional sections so that you can decide whether truth, integrity and ethical behavior are respected principles at USM.  Keep in mind when you review these materials, Mr. Lambert does not speak for himself - he speaks for the University.

Let’s take a look at just a couple of paragraphs - with more to follow in upcoming weeks:  (Click for next page.)
