On June 9, 2006, I filed a Motion for Summary Judgment, asking the Chancery Court of Forrest County, MS, to open The University of Southern Mississippi Foundation's records for public review.
Long past due is an accountability of university administrators ’ “booze accounts,” also known as The USM Foundation.
Long past due is an accountability of university administrators ’ “booze accounts,” also known as The USM Foundation.
According to the IHL and USM no one is entitled to know how the money at USM's Foundation is used -- not doners -- not taxpayers. It is all hidden behind a claim that the Foundation is a private organization and not a public body.
